Help my dress is frontless, backless and sideless!

You would be surprised how often I hear this and how hard it actually is to deal with! I will start of by saying that the first all of this post will be dedicated to D cup and below and I will then add some suggestions for bigger cup sizes below.

This one is described as disposable so it wont be the most supportive and I assume you can only wear it the once. If you are over a C cup you will find it to not be so supportive but for one evening it should survive. This is by a brand called Fashion Forms which deals and specialises with finding bra solutions for dresses which i think its really good.

And the lovely people at Fashion Forms have even made a more attractive version. As far as i know it is reusable but you do have to buy the adhesive replacements.

This one I actually think is genius, again if you are above a C cup it probably wont be the best but for loads of dresses I know this will just be great.

The support on this isn't incredible and it isn't the best strapless bra on the market but its clear back does make it useful especially for things with a sheer back or things with lace on the back. It does also go up to a DD which is good.

Now what do i do if I'm over a DD?

So this is the part I would love to tell you about a brand that offers great support with strapless and backless offerings for your size, but alas, It doesn't exist (To my knowledge!) But there are a few things you can do.

If you wear a size such as a 30F that is the same as a 34DD or a 36D and whilst I wouldn't recommend doing this with regular bras it wont make a difference with the stick on ones.

This will make the back on your standard bra slightly lower, I wouldn't recommend this with a skin tight or clingy dress as it could create lumps.

So they wont offer the most support but for something just for the evening they will provide more coverage than nipple daisies.

Or the most obvious...

Go braless! Many dresses you can get away with it and if you've got it, flaunt it!

Bras for under £15

We all know being utterly devoted to lingerie can be an expensive habit, so I have decided to compile a list of the best bras for under £15. I won't be including sale in this because it changes constantly, just those that retail for £15 without any discount or offers.

£10.00
£12.99
£12.99

£10.00

I know this is short and sweet but I actually found it incredibly difficult. Really new look is your best bet for cheap underwear, many places like Primark and Tescos offer great lingerie sets at fantastic prices that just aren't necessarily available online.

Ever lucky enough to find a bra for under £15? x

Do pretty bras in above a H cup exist?

The fuller bust market has improved so much, if you are anything up to a G you can get the a lot of pretty underwear now. But then I had a thought, plenty of people are above a H cup, so i've decided to have a route around and find the prettiest things on the market for you.

I was actually surprised how pretty some of these bras are and most of these are available up to a K cup which is amazing! If you can get to a store to try these on I would recommend it as ordering online can be tricky and brands do come up differently! For example Curvy Kate is generous on the back but small on the cups.

I hope this was useful, what brands do you go for for H cup plus? x

Brand lust: eLai London Lingerie

Ever since finding out about eLai London I have been a bit obsessed to say the least. I love the sweet girly elements with the kinky, dark twists. Their debut collection was stunning and then when I saw the back in time collection I fell even more in love!

The peter pan collars, the sheer blue fabric - it manages to be sexy and cute. If this is a bit far out for you the bra and suspender set below may be more your kind of thing.

It still retains the fun, girly sexy style but a lot more practical (And insanely pretty!)

So the price range isn't for everyone the set about will cost you a couple of hundred pounds for a set, but for made to order lingerie handmade in Britain you really are paying for quality. I would love a set but their size range isn't great, which I don't criticise them for - to make the lingerie fuller bust for such a small company would cost them too much.

Would you dare to wear the top outfit? Let me know and comment below x

The best cleavage ever?!

So I have mentioned this bra before in my cleavage bra guide, and here is the proof to back up this claim. This is the Ann Summers touch boost bra, these bras are all about the 'kiss' effect which essentially is when your breasts 'kiss' each other when they are pushed to form great cleavage.

So here is a before and after, before is just a standard t-shirt bra (non-wired) and after is the Ann Summers touch boost bra.

I really think the image speaks for its self! My friend is wearing it in a 32B and i really do think you will see the most dramatic results in smaller sizes, as with the majority of push up bras it does stop at a DD.

So what do you think, the best cleavage bra ever? Let me know what your go to push up bra is in the comments x

Guide to Sports bras

Before I start this I will be the first to say I don't know a huge amount about sports bras - these are just the ones I either own or have heard very good things about. Please keep in kind that a sports bra should be tight and the looser it is the less support it will offer.

Okay, so the freya sports bras aren't the prettiest but if you are a fuller bust looking for great support you are hard to go wrong with one as they do keep everything in place. They separate and stick the breasts towards the body, whilst creating great hold, not everyone likes the look of this.

Sizes available: 28-40 B- H (Varies between back size, check link for exact sizes)
Best for: Smaller backs with big bust
Price: £36

This bra isn't available in a huge range of sizes and wont offer a huge amount of support, but what you do get is something incredibly comfortable and incredibly cheap compared to everything else on the market. I would recommend this for low impact sports (such as yoga) for D cup and below. I actually wear this round the house and sleep in them as they are so comfortable and for the price you can splash out on a few colours.

Sizes available: 32-38 B-E
Best for: Low impact sports for a smaller bust
Price: £6.00

This is probably the most support a sports bra can offer. It really holds everything in place, It will minimise your bust so if you don't want to look any flatter chested in the gym this really wont be for you.  This one is also available in huge range of sizes.

Sizes available: 28-40 A-HH (Varies between back size, check link for exact sizes)
Best for: High impact sports
Price:£26

What do you rock in the gym? Comment away! x

All prices correct to the link at date of post.

The best cleavage bras

Here is my guide to bras that will give you cleavage that you could otherwise only dream of. Plunge is definitely the shape to go for and if possible look for padding at the side - this will really push you inwards - this will accentuate the 'kiss' effect.

This bra does absolute wonders for smaller chests. It doesn't so much boost you, as in you wont appear much bigger under clothes, but it pushes you in exactly the right places. My friend tried this on and fell in love immediately, a bra had never done this before. It actually does exactly what it looks like in the picture. If you find getting any cleavage at all an issue, i would recommend trying this.

Sizes available: 30-38 A B C D DD
Best for: Smaller busts
Price: £26

This is my personal favourite bra, since i've gotten it i have worn it so much. Not only does it give killer cleavage it is also the comfiest bra i own! I have not seen this bra on any one below a DD, although it is available and has padding in those sizes, but on anyone above that size it really works and the straps are fully adjustable which is great.

Sizes available: 30 DD E F FF G 32-38 A B C D DD E F FF G
Best for: Everyone but especially DD+
Price: £27

The Debenhams plunge Megaboost bras really make you look as if you are 2 cup sizes bigger and they do create great cleavage. They come in various colours and bring out more seasonly. The padding is foamy and quite thick but they really do boost upwards.

Sizes available: 30 C D DD 32-38 A B C D DD
Best for: Smaller chests and for a prettier design
Price: £22
